This is for those who have had the inital consutlation and first follow-up. For those who are wanting more accountability and direction this is a great way to stay on top of the goals you set for yourself. 
If you are facing new health concerns from the initial consultation we can go over more specific ways to help combat health risks. 
The follow-up consultations go for 30 minutes.
